आखिरकार मौजू की ढाणी से ब्लॉक समिति के पूर्व सदस्य व बीजेपी मंडल महामंत्री समिन्द्र कम्बोज के द्वारा उठाई गई मांग को पंख लगते नजर आ रहे हैं और शीघ्र ही सरकार द्वारा मौजू की ढाणी में बनने वाले भाखड़ा नहरी पानी सप्लाई को लेकर बनने वाले जलघर को मंजूरी मिल सकती है। इसको लेकर जनस्वा्थ्य एवं अभियांत्रिकी विभाग ने करीब 40 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनने वाले इस जलघर के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी के लिए हरियाणा सरकार को भेजा गया है। विभागीय अधिकारियों का कहना है कि सरकार द्वारा मंजूरी मिलते ही और बजट जारी होते ही टेंडर करवा दिए जाएंगे।

Sub-Castes of Kamboj or Kamboh Caste

The Kamboj or Kamboh tribe is divided into two broad divisions of Gotras (sub-castes, Hindi: गोत्र): 52 Gotras and 84 Gotras, thus totalling 136 gotras in all. सरदाना एक ऐसे राजा के वंशज हैं जिन्होंने अपनी प्रजा की रक्षा के लिए अपना सिर दान कर दिया था।

बाद में उनके परिवार वालों को मुल्तान के किसी गांव में जाकर बसना पड़ा।

Sardana = सर दान देने वाला

Proud to be punjabi khatri

Sardana is a descendant of a king who sacrificed his head to protect his subjects.

Later his family members had to go and settle in a village in Multan.
